Generational Health, MSO LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates livegenerational.com (the “Site”) and provides management services to its affiliated medical practices, including Pacific Oaks Men’s Health, Atelier Health (Suite 150), GH Imaging, Generational Health longevity and wellness practice, and our on-site Laboratory (collectively, the “Practices”).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information we receive through the Site. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please discontinue your use of the Site.
Important Note Regarding Patient Health Information: This Privacy Policy governs data collected through the Site for website operational and marketing purposes only. Protected health information (“PHI”) collected in the context of your care as a patient of any affiliated Practice is governed separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices (“NPP”) issued pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). You will receive our NPP upon establishing a patient relationship with any affiliated Practice.

To submit a verifiable consumer request, please contact us at the email address listed in Section 10. We will acknowledge your request within ten (10) business days and respond within forty-five (45) days, or notify you if an extension is required.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification of the agent’s authorization.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
